Radomir Boskovic, Msc in electronics. Project manager, consultant and trainer for different management disciplines, with more than 30 years of experience. Worked on local and international projects in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Azerbaijan and Russian Federation. Possesses extensive experience in the fields of implementation of standards and methods for quality improvement, including conformity assessment, as well as the experience in special areas, such as quality and safety of medical processes and medical service delivery systems, development of accreditation standards and accreditation systems, and diagnostics of management systems. He authored many papers and manuals on topics in effective organizational management, project and personal management, change management and others. His practical experience includes problem-solving, audits of managements systems, process mapping, monitoring and improvement of performance indicators in various economic sectors.

Đina Martinović is a specialist in rehabilitation medicine. She has broad experience as a consultant in healthcare management and she has overseen a number of large projects, in Serbia and abroad. Đina has been involved in the projects for evaluation and strengthening of organisation and infrastructure in healthcare. She is experienced in teaching at the training courses on improvement, safety and quality in healthcare. She has written guidelines and curricula related to healthcare management. Đina’s knowledge and experience in medicine, excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as ability for teamwork are implemented in the Wellbeing programme that has been launched by our company.

Tatjana is Graduate Economist with 25 years of experience as management system consultant and trainer for implementation of management systems,  international management systems standards and business excellence. During last twenty years she has been working in number of international capacity building projects. She is lead auditor for quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety management standards. Tatjana is member of the FQCE Advisory board and assessor for National Business Excellence Award. Also, she is member of Serbian NMC of ISO Technical Committees ISO/TC 176, CASCO, ISO/TC 283 and ISO/TC 242. Tatjana is author of number of training manuals, papers and publications in the field managements systems implementation.
